And you already know the usual suspects as well as the importance of a loose stomach fat diet. You’re probably already using some of them to lose abdominal fat: crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, V sits, stability planks, exercise ball maneuvers, and all the rest or the basic stomach fat burning exercises. The wheel is used to promote strength development as well as stability, and it’s very, very simple. You might already have one kicking around your garage and can start exercises to lose weight fast at home now.
The ab roller is a bit more involved, though not overly so. For under $100, you can buy an ab roller that will work to support your posture and enhance your performance of the typical crunch. By using an ab roller, you can prevent neck and back strain while learning just how to perform a crunch so that it’s at it’s most effective.
An ab belt takes a different approach. The best ab belts use EMS, or electric muscle stimulation technology to stimulate your ab muscles. The stimulation replicates a physical ab exercise but without the strain and effort. The Flex Belt is one example, among many competitors like Contour Belt, Slendertone, and more. The Flex Belt is FDA cleared as seen on http://www.abbelts.com it promotes healthy lifestyle choices aside form purchasing the product, which sells for about $200.

Weights are an important part of a good ab exercise for men, I agree. Even if you are not trying to get huge, it will stil help burn fat & build muscle at the same time. USing those machines at the gym, like the CAptain’s chair can’t hurt. And maybe that Flex belt thing for at thome, you can adjust the intensity levels they say if you are not ready for the deep treatment.
